At Catalyst Consultation, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest level of service. If you are not fully satisfied with our consulting services, this Refund Policy outlines your options.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial service or consultation date.

  • To be eligible, services must not be fully delivered or completed.

2. Partial Refunds

  • If a portion of the service has already been delivered, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed consultations, delivered reports, or finalized strategies are non-refundable.

  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software, tools, or subscriptions) are also non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us via email at help@catalystconsulting.pro with your service details and reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

5. Cancellations

  • If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule or request a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
